Nishidha Faris is a versatile and accomplished artist, writer, anchor, mompreneur, educator, and workshop instructor, with a deep-rooted passion for creativity and empowerment. Born and raised in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., and originally from India, Nishidha now resides in Bahrain, where she has made significant contributions to the local and international art community.

As the Founder of Women Collective Artist, she has dedicated herself to fostering a supportive and collaborative space for female artists to thrive. Nishidha holds multiple records in the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records for her artistic achievements.

Her work includes presenting biographies and portrait art to well-known authors like KR Meera in both English and Malayalam, as well as presenting a portrait to Indian Ambassador to Bahrain, H.E. Sri Piyush Srivastava. Nishidha’s artwork has been displayed at multiple exhibitions, workshops, and mass paintings in Bahrain, where she has gained recognition for her distinctive artistic vision.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Nishidha has been an active co-judge panelist for multiple art groups, lending her expertise to nurture and celebrate the talents of others. Kalamandalam Avani Raj (H.R, MFA in Bharathanatyam) is an accomplished dancer and educator with extensive experience in developing choreography and delivering instruction across multiple classical dance forms, including Mohiniyattam, Bharathanatyam, Kuchipudi, and Kathak.

After completing five years of training at Kerala Kalamandalam, Avani further honed her skills at Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts, Trichy, where she earned her MFA in Bharathanatyam. Throughout her career, she has held prominent positions as a Bharathanatyam Dance Instructor at Kalai Kaviri School of Fine Arts, Trichy, a Lecturer in Fine Arts for Bharathanatyam and Cultural Coordinator at Alvas Education Foundation, Mangalore, a BOE at Mangalore University, and a Classical Dance Instructor at the Indian Music and Arts Centre, Bahrain.

Avani has performed on more than 1500 stages, including prestigious performances alongside renowned film actors like Vineeth Radhakrishnan and Lakshmi Gopalsamy. Over the course of 14 successful years, she has nurtured the talent of students of various age groups, teaching both in private and group settings.
